What beauty bits should we fill our suitcases with this summer?
Fudge Urban Miracle Ends treatment is great for taming frizzy hair on hols. My other beauty essentials would be neon hair clips, a flower crown, StTropez Instant Tan, and L’Oreal Paris Miss Manga Mascara.
What’s your summer beauty look?
I always go for no make-up, tanned skin and neon lips. With hair in messy braids.
Our hair aways suffers on holiday, can you suggest any easy up-do’s to keep it looking cool, not lank?
A top knot with accessories. Just when you think you’ve added enough keep going. Be creative with bobbles, clips and beads. Toy shops have some great trinkets and accessories.
We love your multi-coloured hair - its very cool - how easy is it to get the look?
It’s so easy! Use Fudge’s Hair Chalks. Try using them subtly just on the tips of your fringe or ends of your hair. My hair is ash blonde and I often add a bit of pink to the tips and wear it messy. Try braids too - practise fish braids with your mates, they’re so easy and effective. Just remember to mess them up once they’re done so they don’t look too neat.
What’s going to be the next big trend in hair?
'Drainbow' hair is going to be the hottest new style! It's a more muted version of the rainbow look. It's much more wearable, great for girls who don't want to go too crazy with really bright colours.
Have you ever made any massive hair mistakes?
Erm, my whole fringe snapped off once from home bleaching. It was a disaster.
What are the biggest beauty mistakes people make?
If you’ve got straight hair don’t curl it and if you have curly hair don’t straighten it! You’ll just end up ruining it. And don’t wear too much foundation. Experiment with L’Oreal Paris, Nude Magique BB (blemis balm) cream and a tiny bit of powder instead.
What’s your best bargain beauty buy?
Talcum Powder!
We have to ask, do the One Direction boys need a lot of hair and make up? We bet they don’t…
No, they’re pretty much good to go. They need haircuts a lot though! Ha!
